The title sequence opens with this as the first title, the studio because they claim all rights for the following, which is the trailer and movie for inception. The reason the studio is the first title shown in the title sequence is because its the most important and legal thing that must be included in the title sequence to make pirating illegal and able to keep all the rights.
The second screenshot is showing what the rest of the title sequence is like. It sort of tells a story with the images shown on screen and the writing is on the environment which is very creative and uncommon compared to the usual title sequence.
